Terms & Conditions

Payment
• I accept upfront payment in USD and through PayPal or Ko-fi only.
• There will be no refund once you have sent me the payment or coffees.
• For Paypal:
◦◦ Please do not send payment right away, I will send you an invoice via email once I've accepted your request.
◦◦ Paypal's international transaction fee (round up 5%) will be calculated and added into total payment.
• For Ko-fi:
◦◦ Please do not send coffees right away, I will let you know the number of coffees to send via Twitter DM once I've accepted your request.

Duration
• I will only start on your commission after I have receive the full payment.
• If there is a queue, I will let you know before requesting for payment.
• A single character commission will take between 2 days to 2 weeks to complete, depending on the nature of your request.
• For multiple characters commission, it may take longer time to complete but will not be longer than 3 months.

Revisions
• Low-res WIP draft will be provided upon request.
• For lineart only commission:
◦◦ WIP draft changes or revisions are allowed once only.
• For simple shading, full shading, and painting commission:
◦◦ WIP draft changes or revisions are allowed up to 3 times.
• No revisions or changes allowed after a WIP draft is approved.

Completion
• Commission in digital copy only, canvas size is usually not more 2500x2500px and in 350dpi.
• Commission comes in white or transparent background only unless background is requested.
• I reserve the right to use any part of the commission as a part of my digital portfolio including posting in Twitter and Tumblr.
